CTA Ratings Reset

Just an FYI to the community, the ratings were reset 1/17/25.

For anyone confused about "ratings were reset" with no explanation: Player's ratings weren't changed, the confidence range was widened for every player. That means larger point swings for players until they play enough games to narrow the confidence range.
